How to Comment on the Pre-submission draft of the Neighbourhood Plan
After all the hard work that has been done we now need to make sure that the plan is right as it describes the vision for our villages for the ensuing 16 years and will have a lasting impact for decades beyond that.
The 6 weeks (from Monday September 7th to Friday 19th October) are therefore an important opportunity for you to read the plan and tell us what you think about it.
To comment we would like you to please use the online questionnaire as it allows us to easily analyse your responses and you can access this at
or by using this QC code
If you do not want to do this, or do not have internet access, you can use the questionnaire that came with your consultation letter and return it to one of the dedicated post boxes. These are located in Yetminster (outside the Ark, in the White Hart and inside the entrance to the Old School Gallery) and in Ryme Intrinseca and in Hamlet.
Unfortunately, due to the Covid 19 advice we have received we are unable to have hardcopies available for you to read at key locations in the village as we had hoped. We can however loan a copy for 3 days which, on its return is quarantined for 72hrs before again being available. You will appreciate that this is logistically challenging, and we would ask that you only request a hardcopy if it is absolutely essential and you cannot access the internet version.
If you would like to use this option, or if you did not receive a consultation letter, please contact Jodie Carter, the Parish Clerk, 01935 83915 / email@example.com and we will arrange for a copy of the plan or letter to be sent to you.
